Love this place. The ambience is dark and brooding. The cocktails are playful and delicious. The food is outstanding! This Steven Starr restaurant has an English theme. The fish and chips is like no other and the rabbit stew was amazing. It's crowded ALL the time so make reservations for all of their different menu times. They even do afternoon tea service which, I believe, is also super popular and fun. This is a great place to go to try new things and for old standbys. I've been here a few times now and, other than the tight fit sometimes, it's been great.

This is a great place to come for both food and drinks. First time having chicken+duck liver mousse and it was great. The breads that came with all the cheese platter and the other appetizers were well made (all different flavors and textures). I had the tandoori chicken as the main course which was delicious. Might prefer slightly less yogurt on top of the dish or maybe on the side next time. The chicken itself was super tender and flavorful, not even too spicy. Might even prefer a bit more spice.

I always enjoy going to The Dandelion for brunch on the weekends, but this was the first time I went for lunch on a weekday. I continue to be impressed with the food here! My friend and I got a flight of their Cask Beers, which were diverse and delicious! I had the Roast Beef Sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and artfully plated with a deliciously dressed salad that flowed between the two halves of the sandwich. My friend go the Beef Tartare and it was incredible as well! I will always jump at the opportunity to dine here. The eclectic decor and overall atmosphere is always so welcoming and relaxed.

They don't know. The art, photographs, and dog knick-knacks were largely aquired in the UK from various pub closing sales.
